Originally from the UK, Michelle worked as a recruiter since 2014 and during the pandemic got a taste of working fully remote. During lockdown, she seized the opportunity in 2021 to work in Bali, then 2 months later, her boss demanded she return to the office in London.

She didn't want to go back to that life, so she quit and started looking for remote work.She landed freelance gigs for remote first startups, but it wasn't so easy, despite her experience.

That's why she started Remote Rebellion to help others have the CHOICE of where they work best!
