What do you define as "remote-first"?

For us, this means the maximum you require your team to come to the office, or get together is once a quarter. Anything else is hybrid in our book. If the role requires travel, that's OK so long as it's clear.

Will the virtual job fair be a live event?

Yes, the job fair will be live from around 10am to 2pm EST on both days to factor in audiences across the Americas and EMEA timezones.

I’m not a remote-first company, can I join?
