The goal of this event is to match as many great remote workers with as many remote roles as we can, it's not a money maker. Our sponsors who are not hiring remotely will cover the cost of running the event.
For us, this means the maximum you require your team to come to the office, or get together, is once a quarter. Anything else is hybrid in our book. If the role requires travel or to be based in one state or country, that's OK so long as it's clear.
