What do you define as "remote-first"?

For us, this means the maximum you require your team to come to the office, or get together, is once a quarter. Anything else is hybrid in our book. If the role requires travel or to be based in one state or country, that's OK so long as it's clear.

Will the remote job fair be a live event?

Yes, the job fair will be live from around 10am to 2pm EST on both days to factor in audiences across the Americas and EMEA timezones.

I’m not a remote-first company, can I join?

YES - as a sponsor! If you’d like to get your product/service in front of our audience on 110,000+ remote workers, companies & job seekers, being a sponsor for the Remote Job Fair & Expo is the perfect opportunity. See here for more info.

What if I’m not hiring much in the next 6 months?

That’s OK. This event is as much about Employer Branding, building your talent pool with specialist talent and getting your company in front of your target audience as it is about hiring actively.

So long as you have at least 1 open role that’s remote first between now and September 18, you can join as a partner company.
